This is a memorial marriage signing table made from Ash and Walnut. It has a Bible verse inscription from Corinthians 13 : 4-7 on the top and headlining the front. At one end it has a memorial dedication and a corresponding Bible verse from Philippians on the other.

The table is in memory of my client Diane’s husband Leslie; the contrast between the dark walnut and the lighter ash woods is to highlight that there can be bad times as well as good in a relationship. There is more ash than walnut which is to show that the good times outweigh the bad. The verse from Corinthians, particularly the headline “Love is patient, love is kind” was chosen because patience and kindness were what Diane found most endearing about her husband.

Hopefully there will be many happy memories made in the future as couples sign their marriage vows together on this table.
